Terms of Use

Last updated 30 October 2026. These terms cover this website, its quote form and the optional text messages you can sign up for on it. Bookings and payments made through DetailerMade are covered by that service’s own terms.

Using this website

This website is run by Dele Details LLC to describe its mobile detailing services and help you get in touch. Prices shown are starting prices; your final price depends on your vehicle’s size and condition and is confirmed when you book. We work to keep the site accurate, but if something on it differs from what Jake tells you or what the booking portal shows, the booking portal and Jake are right.

Quote requests

Sending the quote form asks Jake to get back to you. It is not a booking and does not reserve a time. Please give accurate contact details so he can reach you. Don’t send payment details or anything sensitive through the form. How your request is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Text message program

Program: Dele Details text messages. The quote form has two optional boxes, and each is a separate choice:

  • Quote and appointment updates. If you tick the first box, you agree to receive text messages from Dele Details LLC at the mobile number you gave about your quote and appointments: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and customer support.
  • Offers and reminders. If you tick the second box, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Dele Details LLC at that number: offers, reminders that your vehicle is due for a detail, and follow-ups on your quote.

Consent to either is not a condition of getting a quote or buying any service.

Frequency: message frequency varies. Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Help: reply HELP, call or text 704-288-8101, or email [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Booking and payment

The Book & Pay buttons open DetailerMade, a separate service. Appointments, payments, rescheduling and cancellations are handled there and under its terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
